01 | Seller Strategy Session
Our journey begins with a discovery-based meeting to understand two things: your goals and how to best position your home in today’s market. We’ll sit down to talk through your motivation and what a successful sale looks like to you. Then, we’ll walk the property together so I can assess what buyers will notice—both the highlights and any potential hurdles.
From there, I’ll outline a marketing plan to maximize your home’s exposure and attract serious buyers—at the highest possible price and with the best terms.

03 | Pre-Listing Preparation
Before we go to market, we’ll work with you to make sure your home looks its absolute best. From expert staging advice to recommendations on simple updates that add value. Our goal is to highlight your home’s strengths and create a welcoming, memorable first impression for buyers.

04 | Promotion
We'll create the most compelling content about your home and distribute it properly. We use advanced strategies on YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram, to target the people who are most likely to be interested in your home.

05 | Offers & Negotiations
Once offers start coming in, I’ll help you navigate them with confidence. We’ll review each offer together—not just the price, but the terms, contingencies, and buyer qualifications. My role is to protect your best interests while guiding you through smart counterstrategies, ensuring you stay in control of the process.
The goal: secure the strongest offer with the best possible terms, while keeping your priorities front and center.

06 | Contract to Close
With an accepted offer in hand, I’ll manage the details to keep us on track. From inspections and appraisals to buyer financing and legal paperwork, I’ll coordinate with all parties to ensure a smooth transaction.
You’ll stay informed every step of the way as I work to anticipate issues before they arise and resolve them quickly if they do. I’ll be by your side all the way to the closing table—and even beyond.
